I have learned that it is what you put in your mind mentally what you think and do, that makes your person. And you can put any mental object in this mind and it will bring it to reality. So this means we can program ourselves to be the people we want to be, Whatever the subject matter is, live in it By a mental physical program or system of learning and doing. Studying all the greats in that field and becoming greater. My program will consist of…

The Law of attraction

The Law of Attraction is one of the well known universal laws. The theory behind the Law of Attraction is that we create our own realities. We attract the people in our lives, the stuff in our homes, and the money in our bank accounts through our thoughts and feelings. We attract things we want and we don’t want in the same way the magnet attract the iron sands which would depend on your thoughts vibration you create.

The similarity attracts the similarity. The positivity attracts any positivity and the negativity attracts any negativity so that the positive thought manifests any positive realities and the negative thoughts manifest any negative realities in your life. You should to feel good about yourself to attract what you want for yourself.

Breaking the Habit of Attracting Negatives

Why do we focus on our illnesses, our low-paying jobs, and our less than fulfilling relationships? We do so out of habit. Breaking the “attracting negatives” habit, just like any other bad habit will take some effort on your part. Especially so, if you have been dwelling on the negatives for years.

Your parents might have taught you this behavior by being the role model of “criticism” or “negative language.” If this is so, then they are likely mirroring behavior they learned from their parents, and so on back through the generations. Isn’t it time to break this negative cycle?…. urr rather, in positive terms. IT IS time to break the cycle.

The simple practice to mapping your mind onto your tongue

1. Do not speak of your illness, or dis-ease with others. The more attention you place on what you don’t want in your life, the more energy it absorbs.   Remove your attention from your dis-ease. Put your focus and attention on the things in your life that make you feel good.

2. Avoid use of limiting words such as “cannot”, “perhaps,” “hopefully”, “one day”, and ‘maybe” because when you use those words, what you are really saying is “I’d like to but I can’t,” and the universe hears your thoughts clearly.

3. Eliminate destructive such as “hate” from your vocabulary. For instance, replace “I hate it when that happens…” with “I prefer it when….”.

4. begin and end every process of communication positively. begin and end your day positively.

The simple practice to mapping your mind onto your tongue is a great way to visualize mentality control.  It requires no monetary investment, no time, and only a little effort. From this moment on, before you speak, take a little breath, smile, pause…and then map out your better thoughts in stronger words onto your tongue. Just try it for a day and see how differently things out for you.
